4th of July on the Green - in Montrose, includes a foot race, crafts show, Old Fashioned parade with firetrucks, floats and the Susquehanna Dairy Princess, a chicken barbque at the FireHall and fireworks are all part of the day just down the street. Always on the 4th unless that's a Sunday so this year it will be celebrated Monday July 5th.

Blueberry Festival - in Montrose, held on "the Green" to benefit the library there is everything blueberry imaginable including pizza, games for the kids and a great booksale under two tents; held rain or shine. August 6th & 7th. 

The Hartford Fair - in Hartford, PA, this week long fair is the longest running agricultural county fair in the country.
